Waist Trimmer should only be worn during exercise for no more than 5 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Waist Trimmer to the desired position and wrap it comfortably around your abdomen. The Waist Trimmer can be worn under or over your clothing.

After Exercise: Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times. Then, rinse the cloth and wipe it down again until there are soapy streaks left.
